This bar is from our Origins Of Peru Tasting Set, which contains four different bars made with cacao beans from three different regions of Peru.
This beans that become this bar are some of the rarest cacao beans in the world, called Nacional. They had been thought to be extinct for a century! We've been working with this origin for over five years now, and are eager for you to taste another riff on these cocoa beans through this unique dark chocolate bar.

United StatesThis is a memorable chocolate bar. The packaging is beautiful, and the texture silky, fudgy, sublime. The flavor makes you wonder how they coax all this balance out of a 73%, normally intense cocoa content, bar. Some fruity chocolate is so fruity and soft in its flavor profile, it’s like the Merlot of chocolate. This, on the other hand, offers all the fruitiness paired with the depth and complexity. A true winner. I just bought four bars.
