I had an experience with prior wild chocolate and felt it was, well, too wild. Fruition's Wild Bolivia is smooth and almost satiny. While I think I'd enjoy this more as an 85% cocoa bar, I was plenty happy with it at 74%>
Wild Bolivia is my favorite bean. I LOVED the former Fruition bar and I like this one too. I find the fruity notes come more at the end. The bar has the usual smoothness of Fruition bars.
I tasted the Wild Bolivia bar you sent yesterday and it was truly irresistible from finishing on the spot! Wow, that is an amazing bar. Great work!! To me the dominant flavor was like a honeyed whip cream and chocolate wafer. Incredible! I have a hard time seeing how that won't fly off the shelves :)
