intense and powerful

Make no mistake: this is an unsweetened bar of chocolate. Think of it like espresso: intense and powerful, with undisguised flavor notes. Pure.

Excellent, smooth

These are the best 100% chocolate bars! Smooth, bitter and super chocolatey! I have always favored super dark chocolate to maximize the cocoa flavor. I have a difficult time not eating an entire bar in one sitting.

Perhaps as good as it gets

This is very, very nice 100%--very smooth, well balanced, nice acidity. I thought it was so good that my wife, who doesn't like 100%, would like it. Alas, she didn't. But still...
