Smooth milk chocolate with a bit of a natural nutty flavor. 1 star off for being a bit too sweet for me, but I have a sugar sensitivity.
I bought this brown butter milk chocolate bar for my sister and she absolutely loves it! She's tried other brands of it, but none of them compare to the creamy, delicious, rich flavors, smooth milk chocolate and pure ingredients of Fruition Chocolate Works, it's outstanding, highly recommended and she's hooked! You have a new customer!
I recently have tried other premium chocolates thinking that Fruition can't possible be that much better than all others. But it is. There is something very satisfying about both the flavors and the mouth feel. I can't recommend this highly enough.
I officially need a rehab or recovery program because of the Brown Butter Milk Chocolate. Unlike anything else I’ve ever tasted. I had a friend visiting from Europe and made a point of taking her to the store to purchase some. That’s how good it is.
I am an unapologetic milk chocolate lover. I enjoy dark chocolate and love white chocolate, but milk chocolate is what I think of when I think of chocolate. Fruition's Brown Butter Milk Chocolate is not only the best milk chocolate I've eaten, it's the best chocolate of any type of eaten. Besting my previous favorite single type and blend from Felchlin. In fact, BBMC tastes quite similar to a blend of Felchlin couvertures I've been using for homemade candies, but slightly better with a little extra and great balance. I've tried and loved milk chocolates from the big names like the aforementioned Felchlin, Cluizel, Valrhona, Guittard, Bonnat, and many others, never having tasted anything remotely near bad. Nearly all of it great in fact. Fruition's Brown Butter Milk Chocolate however, has surpassed all of the others. Even at it's expensive price point, this chocolate is worth it. Of course, I'd love to be able to buy in bulk or wholesale quantities as a home baker, but some things are just not to be I suppose. An outstanding chocolate.
